Description
This course will look at some of the higher-order reading skills that all pupils could experience, in order to be given the potential to reach a high standard within the Expected Standard of the National Curriculum in Key Stage Two and the Greater Depth Standard at the end of Year 6. The Teacher Assessment Frameworks will be referenced alongside the curriculum, with a view to demonstrating how to provide the opportunities to challenge pupils, both through activities and games. Participants will be able to share ideas and will be able to reference some of the most recent STA Moderation materials that are available, linked to current advice.
