Supported Writing Moderation and CPD for Years EYFS to Year 6 Opportunity

We are offering our services as an established Walsall Moderation team, to provide moderation of writing support for all year groups EYFS to Y6, during 2025. This opportunity is open to all Staffordshire schools.

Location: Moat Hall Primary School, John’s Lane, Walsall WS6 6BX

• It was highly informative and beneficial to work with similar schools and compare our writing.
• The course was very useful with a lot of helpful guidance given on what to look for in writing, making sure writing is independent and strategies for different issues. It was also very useful to sit with colleagues from other schools to look at writing and form judgements together.
• Good to see the standard of books and levels across different schools and being able to have professional conversations to justify levels.
