Vocabulary, Prediction, Inference, Summarising, Explanations, Visualisation and Retrieval reading skills are all covered in this 2 week unit. Teaching children how to answer different question types using popular texts will greatly enhance their enjoyment of reading and understanding and this unit complements a study of The Romans perfectly.
